Gustav Klimt. Klimt was heavily influenced by Japanese art and its methods.

One of his most famous images is that of Adele Boch-Bauer which is reproduced in the SRKM-17179-133 Gold Panel. The original painting was looted by the Nazi’s during the second world war before being returned to the family in 2006 and subsequently sold for $135 million.
